​Crimping: 100 % of our crimping is done by automatic crimping machine with application maintaining consistency in quality and customer specifications.
All the incoming materials are inspected for specifications such as dimensions, material, functional requirement etc. The following checks are made for the crimping strength of the terminal to the cables.
Crimping strength of terminal to cable Insertion force of male terminal to terminal Separation force of male terminal to female terminal Insertion force of male coupler to female coupler Separation force of male coupler to female coupler Simulation Testing (Board) is carried out.
Quality Systems
Magnum Pentronics, has a policy of good components supplies to customers which would be achieved by proper components procurement from vendor, educating vendor about customer need, conducting periodical training about the components, quality, delivery, principals, reports and other required documents, make them fit to reach the requirement of the ultimate buyer and user, incoming materials are inspected thru vendor department.
Regular training is giving to operators, supervisors, quality process inspectors and other connected personnel –both by internal faculty and external faculty.
Before the product are dispatched a pre delivery inspection is carried out on a sampling basis the complete quality system is documented.
Quality Testing Parameters
Continuity Testing & SimulationWe do 100% simulation check on each and every harness. We have a board with complete circuit simulated. It is attached to a microprocessor checks. All the corrections are made and the computerized harness checkers checks the following, Interchange of any circuits Open Circuits.Short CircuitsThis is done in order to ensure that the vehicle assembly line of manufacturer’s end experiences no defect on the electrical system. This is the most critical and vital parameter for the wiring harness and hence 100% checking is ensured.
