12Automatic Sleeve / HST Cutting Machine
Cuts sleeves and heat-shrink tube to length with high accuracy — uniform cut quality for insulation, protection and identification.
13Crimp Pull-Force Tester
Applies a specified pull force to crimped terminals to verify tensile strength — confirming crimps meet standard and detecting weak connections.
14Terminal Cross-Section Analyzer
Inspects crimp cross-sections under magnification for compression, strand deformation, voids and burrs — verified to IPC/WHMA-A-620E.
15Ultrasonic Splice Welding Machine
Bonds multiple copper conductors into a solid, low-resistance splice using ultrasonic energy — no solder or crimp terminals required.
16Continuity Testing Machine
Verifies wiring continuity and correctness — detecting opens, shorts, miswiring and cross-wiring against the wiring diagram.
17Label Printing Machine
Prints wire markers, barcode labels and product information — clear, durable labelling for traceability and quality control.

Prints wire identification directly onto ferrules and heat-shrink tube — durable, smudge-resistant markings for full traceability.
